– Lactobacillus Acidophilus is one of the best known and most clinically evidenced probiotics. It is known to support healthy digestion, support a healthy immune system, prevent cold and flu viruses, support respiratory health and promote healthy weight management.
– Bifidobacterium Lactis is another well evidenced beneficial probiotic. It is known to improve digestion, alleviate symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease, prevent cold & flu viruses, support respiratory & heart health and improve lactose digestion.
– Lactobacillus Plantarum is a lactic acid bacterium commonly found in fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut and pickles. It’s a natural inhabitant of the human gut and replacing it replicates some of the health benefits of eating fermented foods.
