Please direct all communication with us to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We operate 9-5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to operate 9-5pm on our Instagram or Facebook pages so please direct all communication to us via email to email@example.com. You can place product orders on our website 24/7. Please note our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays and weekends so your order will be processed on the next working day.
We are a small UK based business. We aim to give you a great service. Our aim is to get your delivery out to you in a timely & prompt manner but sometimes these things are out of our control. There have been some major disruptions to all courier and Royal Mail services over the year of 2020 and 2021 due to Covid and Brexit and we hope that you understand that delivery delays can happen and we have no control over them. We will do our very best to help you locate your delivery.
We use Paypal and Stripe to securely take your payment. After your order you will receive an automated email from us with your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with your Royal Mail tracking details. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the order being placed please let us know. If your order is incorrect or damaged please take a photograph of the order and the packaging asap and email it to us within 7 days. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any errors or damages. After 7 days have passed we cannot be held responsible for any losses. We are happy to exchange or refund anything within 14 days of the order being placed. These products need to be returned to us with their original packaging intact. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Couriers will sometimes leave your parcels with a neighbour. They will do this if they have attempted delivery and you were not in. If you do not wish this to happen it is your duty to inform us in the order notes. Once your products have been delivered they become your responsibility and we have completed our part of the purchase. If products have been left with a neighbour it is your responsibility to go around and collect your parcel. We cannot do this for you.
Our supplements will always have an Expiry Date. We will always ensure that your products have at least 6 months before expiry. Some of our supplements have a short shelf life due to the ‘active’ nature of the product. All our products (Skincare & Supplements) should be kept out of the sunlight and in room temperature (except our liquid supplements such as Skin Fusion & Immune Defence that should be kept in the fridge). If you do not store our products correctly they can become damaged by excessive heat, oxygen exposure, or sunlight. We will not refund products if they have been ruined by their storage surroundings.
We are happy to ship our products internationally. We will do so on an individual basis as postage/shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel. Please email email@example.com for any international queries. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges and customs communications upon entry into the destination country.
