Recipe: VITALITY SMOOTHIE

Serves 2. GF

250ml plant milk

½ avocado

Large handful spinach

Small handful kale

Handful of blueberries

1 tsp flaxseed

1 tbsp cashew butter

1 tbsp spirulina

½ lemon, squeezed

Optional extras:
Probiotic powder

Coconut kefir

Acai powder

Pomegranates

Method

Place all ingredients into a jug blender.

Blend on high until smooth.
