Serves 4
2 bananas
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Slice the bananas lengthways down the centre. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and place the maple syrup and banana, cut side down into the pan and gently fry for 1-2 minutes until softened but not falling apart.
