Recipe: RAW CACAO & ORANGE BLISS BALLS

1 cup medjoo
l dates

1 cup almonds

2 tbsp raw cacao

1 orange, juiced
Desiccated coconut for garnish

Method

Place the dates in a food processor and blend until broken up and they form a ball in the bowl. Remove from the food processor and add the almonds. Whizz the almonds until they are finely chopped. Add the dates, orange juice and cacao to the food processor and blend until mixed well.

Remove the mixture and place in a bowl. Using your hands, roll into even-sized balls.

Scatter desiccated coconut onto a plate and gently roll the bliss balls on the coconut to coat them.

Keep in the fridge.
