The ZENii GLOTOX facial uses a combination of micro-needling and micro-infusion which work together to dramatically improve the appearance of the skin.
This is an advanced technique developed to treat facial redness, rosacea and inflammatory skin disorders. For this procedure, botulinum neurotoxin is highly diluted into a solution of skin-hydrating agents and then microneedled in small doses into the dermis, the inner layer of your skin, in various places on the face and neck. The result is beautiful youthful looking skin and a refreshed appearance: without the drawbacks of other botulinum neurotoxin treatments. Unlike traditional botulinum neurotoxin, microtox is performed at a superficial level. This keeps facial muscles safe from the “freezing” effect commonly associated with injections.
For some patients, microtox treatment can treat both acne-causing inflammation and acne scarring. Microtox effects are not permanent and may be reapplied after a few months.
The treatment will include a gentle lactic acid AHA peel to remove dead surface skin cells, the GLOTOX infusion followed by a hydrating sheet mask to hydrate and calm the skin post-procedure.
