We offer standard delivery, tracked via Royal Mail (2 to 4 business days), on all orders:
- Orders up to £160 = £5.95
- Orders over £160 = FREE
Returns
We want you to be happy with your products however we understand that sometimes we change our minds.
We will happily refund your purchase within 14 days providing you send it back to us unused and in its original packaging. If you have any other issue with your ZENii products or have any queries then please email info@zenii.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
If you have any returns queries or to initiate a return please email us at info@zenii.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. We will then explain the process to you and give your returns address.
Please note - Unless otherwise agreed your return refund will be processed without shipping costs as these cannot be refunded.
